Misdemeanor Offenses - Areas of Practice
In Ohio, misdemeanors are the lower class of criminal offenses. The penalties for misdemeanor offenses are not as severe as those set forth for felonies. However, crimes such as theft can still carry a penalty of up to 6 months in jail.

Although the penalties are not as harsh, hiring an experienced attorney can still benefit individuals that have been charged with misdemeanor offenses.
